I’m Running late! Can you hold the bus?
No. The bus must depart on time in order to keep the schedule. One late departure can have a cascading effect throughout the day.
Who may ride the shuttle?
- Members of the Robertson Scholars Program have priority use of the bus.
- Anyone with a current Duke or UNC ID has second priority.
- If space is available, the general public may also ride the shuttle.
Each shuttle is equipped with an accessible lift for wheelchair users or anyone with mobility issues.
Does the bus have Wi-Fi?
Wi-Fi is available on the regular Robertson Scholars Express shuttle buses. Substitute buses, however, may or not be equipped.
Does the bus have a bicycle rack?
Our regular Robertson Scholars Express shuttle buses are equipped with bicycle racks. Substitute buses, however, may not be equipped. Check with your driver for options if the bus is not equipped.
Where is the bus?
Please see the Tracker link in the menu above. If we have to use a substitute bus, we will get the new link posted as soon as possible.
Can I eat/drink/vape on the bus?
Eating, drinking, and vaping on the bus is prohibited. The use of e-cigarettes and other vaping products is also prohibited by the Town of Chapel Hill and Duke University at their respective bus stops.
Help! I left my phone/laptop/earbuds on the bus!
